2021 SEASON UPDATE

We are looking forward to opening Killman Zoo on Friday June 18th with some modifications in place for the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, visitors, and animals.

These modifications are designed to comply with Federal and the Ontario Provincial Government guidelines.

Before you visit, please read the information below to plan your visit accordingly.

 

Killman Zoo continues to operate with additional COVID – 19 safety measures in place.

 

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

 

QR-code screening prior to entry

One-way pedestrian walk ways

Hand sanitization stations and hand washing reminders throughout the zoo

Social Distancing reminders in the zoo

Barriers have been added in select places around the Zoo where it is more difficult to maintain social distancing.

Masks only required when purchasing admission pass

UNAVAILABLE FEATURES:

Animal feed will not be sold / No feeding Animals

Big Kitty Crunch feeding demonstration cancelled

Educational programs and Keeper talks cancelled

Picnic areas closed

Snack Shop closed at this time

Celebration gatherings cancelled

Group visits cancelled

Rentals of wagons / strollers / cars/ cancelled

NO TOUCH ANIMAL POLICY – For the safety of our animals

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH OR FEED ANY ANIMALS

Bring your own wagon or stroller

Bring your own beverages / snacks

Please dispose of Personal Protective Equipment in Trash Bins
